01

Begin with the outcome people need

Braillia evaluates accessibility in the context of what a person needs to receive, navigate, understand, and act on. Technical requirements provide the review framework; the affected access moment provides the priority context.

Define scope

Identify the website, page set, PDF, document, form, communication, or workflow being reviewed and the population and action it serves.

Detect and inspect

Use rule-based detection and appropriate human review to identify accessibility failures, repeated occurrences, affected experiences, and evidence.

Prioritize consequence

Consider technical priority, reach, recurrence, blocked actions, communication timing, and the consequence of leaving the barrier unresolved.

Remediate and validate

Organize repairs, recheck the changed experience, document the available evidence, and identify any remaining limitations or review needs.

02

Four user outcomes anchor the review

Receive

Can the person get the information in time and through an available access path?

Navigate

Can the person move through its structure, controls, links, forms, tables, and actions independently?

Understand

Can the person identify meaning, context, instructions, amounts, dates, choices, and consequences?

Act

Can the person complete the task, make the decision, respond, save, submit, or request support?

03

Evidence boundary

  • Record the reviewed scope and relevant technical requirement mappings
  • Separate distinct issue types from repeated occurrences
  • Explain the likely user impact in plain language
  • Preserve source and repair evidence appropriate to the authorized workflow
  • Identify automated, human-reviewed, unresolved, and out-of-scope elements
