For people receiving accessible information

Recipient Document Access Terms.

An organization provides your accessible document. A QR code or optional SMS link takes you to Braillia’s Document Access Portal—not the organization’s Customer Portal.

Your document access

These conditions describe recipient access to documents provided by participating organizations through Braillia Inc. You are not the paying organization merely because you open a document, and do not assume its subscription charges, administration duties, or business indemnities.

Reading, listening, navigation, Ask Braillia, and form features depend on the document and enabled workflow. Access requirements and duration depend on the organization’s approved delivery process; a link does not promise permanent hosting.

Reading listening and Ask Braillia

Accessible tools help you explore information provided by the organization. Where enabled, Ask Braillia answers document-related questions or provides summaries. AI answers may be incomplete or incorrect; refer to the source and contact the providing organization when instructions are unclear.

A general document assistant does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace a clinician, professional adviser, or emergency service. Do not rely on AI alone for a high-consequence decision.

Responses and Guided Forms

Where enabled, enter and review responses using supported voice, keyboard, or touch. Review them before submission. The receiving organization controls its form requirements and correction process.

Voice assistance does not by itself constitute a signature, authorization, or informed consent. Those actions require the notices and confirmation steps in the approved workflow.

Privacy responsibilities and your rights

The providing organization is responsible for source information, intended recipients, and instructions. Braillia’s processing obligations follow applicable agreements and law. The website Privacy Policy covers website and document-link SMS processing; additional notices may apply to document contents and recipient features. These Terms do not replace those notices.

Do not misuse access controls or forward private links to unauthorized people. Legitimate assistive-technology use, accommodation requests, issue reports, and contacting a regulator are not prohibited. No organization subscription liability cap or business indemnity is imposed merely for receiving a document. Nonwaivable rights remain intact.

Help and changes

For document accuracy, missing information, access duration, or alternative delivery, contact the organization that provided the document. For Braillia SMS support, email sms@braillia.com. For other Braillia questions or accessibility concerns, contact Braillia.

Changes must be communicated accessibly where required. A Terms update does not itself expand SMS consent; any required new consent must be obtained before messages outside the existing permission are sent.
